What this app is
Pexor is a general fitness app focused on strength, mobility, posture, and breathing routines. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. See the Health disclaimer for the full statement.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this app. By continuing past the onboarding age check, you confirm that you are at least 18.
Use at your own risk
Exercise involves inherent risk of injury. By using this app you accept that risk.
Pexor generates suggested workout, stretching, and breathing routines from the preferences you select during onboarding (goals, equipment, training frequency). These are general fitness suggestions, not personalised medical advice or prescription. You are responsible for deciding whether any suggested exercise is appropriate for your body, for consulting a physician where appropriate, for warming up, for using safe form and reasonable load, and for stopping anything that causes pain, dizziness, faintness, sharp chest pain, or unusual shortness of breath.
No medical relationship
Using this app does not create a doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship between you and the developer. The developer is not a physician, surgeon, or licensed physical therapist. The suggested routines are not prescribed for you in any clinical sense.
Plans and billing
Pexor offers three optional purchase options that unlock the full library of programs and tracking features:
- a monthly auto-renewing subscription,
- a yearly auto-renewing subscription,
- a one-time lifetime purchase that grants permanent access without renewal.
All plans are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Before you confirm a purchase, the duration (or one-time nature) and the current price in your local currency are shown on the App Store purchase sheet. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The monthly and yearly plans automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge goes to the payment method on file with your Apple ID and is the same price as the prior period unless we have notified you of a change. The lifetime plan does not renew and is not billed again.
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device, or via the link in the app's profile screen. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds for App Store purchases (including the lifetime purchase) are handled by Apple under their published policies. To request a refund, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for paid digital content under the Austrian FAGG and the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
By accepting these terms during onboarding and then tapping the subscribe button on the App Store purchase sheet, you expressly request that the digital content be made available to you immediately and you acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the content has been made available (FAGG § 18 Abs 1 Z 11; Article 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU).
The App Store purchase sheet operated by Apple is the durable medium on which the contract is concluded and confirmed. Apple also sends you a receipt by email under your Apple ID. If you believe immediate access was not in fact made available to you, contact psven595@gmail.com and we will work with Apple on a refund.
Acceptable use
Do not redistribute, resell, or republish the content of this app. Do not attempt to interfere with the operation of the app, reverse-engineer it beyond what is permitted by mandatory law, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual property
All text, programming, and design in this app are the property of the developer and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use for the duration of your subscription (or, for free features, indefinitely subject to these terms). The licence is non-transferable and revocable on breach.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Austrian or EU consumer law, including liability for personal injury caused by gross negligence or intent.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time and delete it from your device. The developer may terminate or suspend access to the app if you breach these terms or use the app in a way that puts you or others at risk. On termination, the licence in "Intellectual property" ends, but Apple's billing and refund rules continue to apply to any active subscription.
Changes to the app and these terms
The app may be updated, modified, or withdrawn at any time. Programming and content may change between versions. These terms may be updated; meaningful changes will be flagged in-app with the updated date below. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Severability
If any part of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in force. The invalid part is replaced by what comes closest to its commercial purpose under applicable law.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, with the place of jurisdiction being Vienna for non-consumer disputes. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are not affected.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The developer is not obliged and does not commit to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body.
